Families chose Pali View's Harvest Festival as an alternative to the hustle and bustle of going to the mall or the uncertainty of to go house to house. We invited the community to Pali View Baptist Church on Saturday, October 31 from 6:00PM to 8:00PM as we hosted our annual Harvest Festival.
The event was fun and safe for the young and the young at heart. Many of the workers dressed up and the children were served by Carmen Miranda, a gypsy, a pirate, a graduate, UH fan, to name a few of the costumes.
The games children played included a gigantic tic tac toe , duck pond, spin the wheel, bowling, toilet paper toss, and treasure hung. The children received prizes for playing the games.
In addition to the games, we had a bounce house set up at the entrance, face painting, tatoos cookie decorating, balloon animals.
The children were treated to popcorn and cotton candy. We also served hotdogs, chili, and rice.
We look forward to seeing everyone again next year at our FREE annual community event.
